Pear skin, almond and meadow herbs dominate the bright palate, one lined with a cushion of lees, and textured with fine spice, trailing with anise. Soft, pretty and pear-kissed, finishing with a bitter line of apple skin a warmth. Pour alongside brothy mussels or clams."

"Super cool lean style with intense citrus, pear and nettle notes. The attack is similar with fresh if tart fruit and almonds pushing through the underbelly calling for food. Like last year it is a shade extreme but we will take that over sweet. Try this with creamy pasta dish."
