By joining the UV Wine Club, you acknowledge that membership is for a minimum of one year; after which, you can cancel at any time. You also confirm and agree that: (a) you are 19+ years old; (b) you will provide a valid shipping address; (c) you will provide a valid credit card; (d) you will be charged for the Spring Release case in April/May ($300-$400).
