There will be plenty of corks popping during this 2-day, Dim Sum + Chardonnay pop-up event at Unsworth Tasting Room spotlighting Sommelier and Dim Sum Chef Van Doren Chan from Vancouver's Dumpling In a Box.
Tickets available now for a menu of Dim Sum classics with a delicious, modern twist paired with a flight of premium Chardonnay, including Unsworth’s Cowichan Valley Chardonnay.
