Aromas of green apple, lemon and grapefruit on the nose are complemented by elegant bubbles, a dry mid palate and vibrant mouthfeel. Flavours of lemon curd, granny smith apple lead to a pleasing finish.
The fruit for this wine comes from, Unsworth Vineyard, Saison Vineyard, Zanatta Vineyard, Domaine Jasmine Vineyard, Mildenstein Vineyard, and Cherry Point Vineyard.
Charme de l'île pays homage to the method of production; known at the Charmat Method. All bubbles in wine are not created in the same way. Charmat method produces a fruit forward and quaffable wine to be enjoyed casually and without reverence.
